FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS How long will it take for the gift to arrive? For delivery in New Zealand, 1-2 days. For delivery to Australia, 5-7 days. Elsewhere allow 10 -15 days. How do I pay for my products? Payment is by credit card through a secure online payments processing page. How will my travel gift be processed? We work in association with a licensed travel agent in New Zealand who will make contact with the person recieving the gift voucher to make the final travel arrangements. Are airfares included in the travel packages? No, to keep things flexible we have not included the fares in the package, but we can arrange for these to be purchased by you once travel has been confirmed through our agent. We do not see or record your credit card number during this process. Pricing All goods are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) with the option to also display in AUD, USD, EUR and JPY. You can elect to pay in either of these currencies when proceeding to checkout. Delivery Costs Delivery is calculated at checkout based on what you have purchased. Proceeding to checkout to find out the delivery cost does not oblige you to continue with the order. Please note the approximate time it takes for your gift to reach the destination. How will I know when my gift has arrived? We will send you the courier details by email which will include a tracking number so you can make contact with the company at any time to find out where your gift is, plus we will send you an email once we have confirmation that it has been delivered. Refund/Replacement Policy Due to the nature of the goods supplied we do not offer refunds or replacements. All goods leave our premises in original condition and are packaged carefully to ensure safe delivery. If the item arrives broken please contact us immediately so we can take up the issue with our freight company. Privacy We take your privacy seriously.
